Amazing cushioning and energy return is provided by the MIZUNO ENERZY foam located throughout the entire midsole, which has been made 2 mm thicker. This keeps the foot comfortable while also giving a more propulsive, springy feel. The enhanced shape of the MIZUNO WAVE offers even better stability, with an anatomical plate shape that follows the shape of the foot.

Also available in Smooth Stretch Woven, a modern and dynamic upper that slightly stretches horizontally without stretching vertically for a soft, smoother fit that doesn’t impede running efficiency.
